We happily accept returns or exchanges for gifted items that are within our return policy and accompanied with the gift receipt. If there is not a receipt available, a merchandise credit for the last retail price will be issued.
- If you prefer to not visit a store location or choose to return the gift, a gift card will be issued and shipped to your address. Refunds are not issued to the purchaser, only the individual who makes the return
- If you wish to exchange the item for a different color or size, it must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
You may return items to any U.S. Brooks Brothers retail store. You may use our store locator to find a store location near you. If you are not located near a store, you may ship it back to our distribution center by following the steps below:
- Generate and print a FedEx return shipping label here
- Affix the label to the package and take it to your nearest FedEx drop-off location
- You may note your tracking number prior to shipping or reference the email sent containing the return label PDF attachment and receive updates here
Items purchased internationally must be returned in the country in which the item was purchased.
