Returns Time Frame:
We will gladly accept a return of saleable merchandise in original condition within 60 days of purchase date accompanied by an original receipt.
To initiate a return:
To initiate a return for Online orders:
- Click here to navigate to the Brooks Brothers return portal (option 1)
- Type in your order number (first 8 digits only) and email address
- Select the item(s) you intend to return and the reason for the return
- Click done then next to generate and print a return shipping label
- Affix the label and take your package to any FedEx or USPS drop-off location
To initiate a return for store purchases:
- Generate and print a FedEx return shipping label here
- Affix the label to the package and take it to your nearest FedEx drop-off location
- You may note your tracking number prior to shipping or reference the email sent containing the return label PDF attachment and receive updates here
Return on your own:
- Attach label from the front of your invoice to the return package or send your item to Brooks Brothers Return Center, 107 Phoenix Ave, Enfield, CT 06082.
- You pay the postage to any delivery service of your choice.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Items 70% off or Final Sale
- Monogrammed or altered merchandise
- Special Order and Made to Measure clothing
- Sample Sale items
- Head of the Charles merchandise
Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Klarna:
Orders placed with Amazon Pay/PayPal/Klarna as the payment method must be shipped back to our returns center and cannot be returned a store location.
$7.00 Return Fee:
A $7.00 fee will be deducted from all return orders, unless:
- Your order was purchased with the Brooks Card or the Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard
- Your order was delivered damaged
- You received the incorrect merchandise (size, color, or item altogether)
- You want to initiate an exchange for another item
You may also return items to any U.S. Brooks Brothers retail store. Find a store location near you.
Items purchased internationally must be returned in the country in which the item was purchased.
