Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 10 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
Purchases during periods of high volume, may take longer (sales, major promotions, Friends & Family, during the holidays, etc.)
Once your order is successfully submitted:
- You will receive an order confirmation email outlining your order number and total value of the merchandise within an hour of placing your order.
- Our warehouse or store locations will pick, pack, and dispatch your item(s) via FedEx
- Once shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date
- You can track your order from our order tracker, your email confirmation, shopping profile, or you may opt-in for SMS updates from your order history web page on your shopping profile
Estimated delivery time may vary
- Custom and personalized orders may require up to 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time you place the order
- Some orders may contain multiple packages and tracking numbers. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (EST) are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
- If you received your FedEx tracking number, we encourage you to check our order tracker for the most up-to-date information.
- If you have successfully placed your order but not received your order confirmation, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.
