Once your return package is received, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in issuing a refund for the respective item(s). All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution. PayPal and Amazon Pay may take up to 2 weeks.
If it has been longer than 10 business days and you still do not see the credit reflected in your account, please contact our Customer Experience Team at Service@brooksbrothers.com or 1-(800)-274-1815 and we will provide you with a reference number for your bank.
