You should be rewarded when you shop at Brooks Brothers! Residents of the United States may enroll in the program to receive access to exclusive benefits and opportunities. To ensure each purchase you make with Brooks Brothers is generating rewards, follow the steps below to link your accounts:
1.) Creating a shopping profile
If you need to create a shopping profile, click here. If you have an account created, login. Ensure you check the corporate member option if you are a corporate member.
2.) Enrolling in My Brooks Rewards
- Once you have signed into your shopping profile, click on the "enroll" option in the My Brooks Rewards section
- You will be prompted to enter your information (primary address)
- After you ensure the information is correct, click "complete your enrollment"
- You will be presented with a thank you message and you may now start earning rewards
3.) Linking your shopping profile to My Brooks Rewards
- Login to your shopping profile
- If you have a My Brooks Rewards account already, click link account
- Enter your member ID number and zip code (this number is located in the My Brooks Rewards confirmation email sent to you. If you are unable to find this please contact our Customer Experience Team by email at Service@brooksbrothers.com or phone 1-(800)-274-1815
- Ensure the information entered is correct then click "link account"
4.) Reviewing your rewards
If you have completed the steps above, your online shopping profile is now linked to your My Brooks Rewards account. You are now able to track points, status, and certificates generated from purchases.
