Placing online orders:
- If you have a shopping profile, login here.
- Once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase, select the color, size, and quantity on the product detail page then click "Add to Bag"
- If you want to purchase other items, repeat step two. If you are ready to submit your order, click the bag icon in the top right-hand side of the webpage.
- Review the items in your cart to ensure they are correct
- If you have any coupons or My Brooks Rewards certificates, you must add them to the order on the cart page
- Click the "Checkout as Guest" if you do not have a shopping profile or "Sign in to Checkout" if you do have a shopping profile
- Enter your shipping information and desired delivery method then click "Continue to Billing"
- Enter your billing information and payment method
- Once you confirm that all the information is correct, click "Send Payment & Place Order"
Placing phone orders:
- Select the items, sizes, colors, and quantities of the garments you wish to purchase and take note of the item number (on the top left-hand side of the product image)
- Call our Customer Experience Team at 1-(800)-274-1815 and our agents will happily assist you in placing an order
