What is a shopping profile and how do I know if I have one?
An online shopping profile is an account which you may create on BrooksBrothers.com. This account will contain your order history, loyalty status, billing & shipping information, and much more.
If you have a profile and don't know your login credentials, you may retrieve your login information by clicking the forgot username and forgot password options on the account login page here. If you have a valid profile associated with the email address, you will receive an email containing your username or a request for a password reset.
- Please note that My Brooks Rewards accounts and Brooks Brothers shopping profiles each require you to enroll separately
In order to access your shopping profile for desktop users:
- Visit BrooksBrothers.com and click “My Account” in the top right-hand corner
- Enter your username and password (the username is not your email address)
- Click login
- You will now be signed into your account
Accessing your shopping profile via Brooks Brothers mobile app:
- Open the application, if you don't have the app installed click here for Andriod or here for iPhone
- In the top right-hand corner tap the shop icon
- On the sidebar that appears, tap sign in
- Enter your profile username and password (the username is not your email address)
- Tap submit
Accessing your shopping profile via mobile browser:
- Open the web browser and type into the URL BrooksBrothers.com
- In the top left-hand corner tap the three horizontal lines icon
- On the sidebar that appears, tap sign in/create an account
- Enter your profile username and password (the username is not your email address)
- Tap login
