Brooks Brothers wants you to be satisfied with your merchandise. We will gladly accept a return of saleable merchandise in:
- Original condition
- Within 60 days of purchase date accompanied by an original receipt
All returns accompanied by original receipt will be credited to original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned back to the country in which they were purchased.
We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the original merchandise and place a new order online for the desired products.
Online or over the phone purchases must be returned back to our distribution center for credit. International stores cannot complete a return if the order was shipped from another country. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
To initiate an international return, please:
- Pack the return item(s) in the package with the order confirmation.
- Use the return shipping address noted on the order confirmation when purchasing a return label from your local post office (return address below).
- Dispatch the package to your local post office.
- Returns may take up to 6-9 weeks to process. Once your return is processed at our Connecticut warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation that you can bring to your local customs house for a refund of the taxes that were paid.
